Step One

Mix all of the ingredients together. Add Cinnamon as needed to thicken mixture for a nice moldable consistency for forming pumpkins.

Step Two

Roll small amounts of the mixture into balls. Slightly flatten to make a pumpkin shape and then (using a butter knife) add lines to also represent the lines in a pumpkin.

Step Three

Line a cookie sheet with parchment/wax paper. Set each pumpkin onto the wax paper and add a stem to each pumpkin.

Step Four

The last step is to bake the pumpkins. Bake them at 150 degrees for 40-45 minutes. I made my pumpkins slightly larger and baked them for longer. I let them sit out to dry after baking before putting out on display.

Step Five

You can store these in a ziplock bag at the end of each season and reuse each year. Be careful with the stems when storing.

So there you have it! Super simple cinnamon pumpkins with cinnamon, applesauce, and some glue!! They smell great and add rustic charm to your fall decor! We would love to see what you have been working on, so send us your cinnamon pumpkin photos on any of our social media platforms.
